COMPLIANCE STANDARD

Privacy Policy & Telemetry Handling

Our transparency statement outlining how behavioral clickstream heartbeats, focus tracking logs, and GPA diagnostic metrics are securely archived.

1. Real-Time Telemetry Tracking

Atlas Learning operates a robust, asynchronous clickstream telemetry pipeline. When students interact with video playbacks, scroll through reading assignments, or complete Spaced-Repetition active recall reviews, individual behavior logs are buffered asynchronously inside our secure caching system before being stored.

This tracking is utilized strictly to provide adaptive, tailored recommendations on student workspaces and is never shared with third-party advertising brokers.

2. Exam Proctoring Surveillance

During stateful proctored quizzes and exams, our student learn desk monitors tab focus-loss and browser blurring actions. This surveillance data is captured solely to prevent IDOR and stateful timing exploits, ensuring absolute score legitimacy. The captured violation markers are visible only to the specific course instructors and administrative coordinators.

3. Secure Information Persistence

Under the Scaling Laws of Mafuleti, all student authentication identifiers are kept separated from telemetry history. Even if a user chooses to permanently delete or ban their credentials handle, their historical metric counts remain perfectly preserved in an anonymous format to train our personalized recommendations algorithms.

4. Rights & Modifications

Users may request a copy of their behavioral metrics logs or clear non-essential session states inside their student workspace panel. This privacy document may undergo minor changes periodically to remain aligned with safety-critical software compliance updates.
